I have recently stumbled upon some gluten free foods that I think all people trying to live Gluten Free lives should try. The brand is Gluten Free & Fabulous and I’ve tried the shortbread cookies and spinach pizza. They were delicious and there’s more I have yet to try. I'm pretty much anti-coffe chops since I became gluten intolerant, all they have for us are those nasty sugar filled brownies, it's like they pass along the recipe cos they all taste wet and fudgey. I was thinking of blogging something similar so you've just re-reminded me!

Recipies cannot be owned, only the method can, not the list of ingredients. This recipe is similar to nigellas and also similar to one published in olive magazine recently. But the method is different. I love nigellas and cake was certainly inspired by hers, just as her recipe was not the first of this type.

Well this was the first time of making a fish curry and it was really good and so simple. I used two mid to large chillis which gave it a decent kick but the flavours were really complex underneath

The tip with the coconut milk will be used again that's for sure.

I will be making this one again with fish and I also think it would work well with Lamb.

Dr. Muhammed Hadith, the Medical Center of Vrije University in Amsterdam, explained that celiac disease increases the risk of deficiency of folate and vitamin B12, which may contribute to the development of excessive levels of homocysteine, an amino acid, and association with vascular disease.
